FlyWheel
Resurfacing
GSFA’s professionally trained mechanics have the skill, dedication, and experience needed to resurface any flywheel with exacting recision. Their expertise on a wide range of flywheels, performed on the most rugged flywheel resurfacing machine in the industry, ensures we’ll deliver a perfect flywheel every time. And we do it all while you wait, with no appointment necessary.

Brake Rotor
Resurfacing
By using special tooling on our flywheel resurfacing machine, we can do brake rotor resurfacing for trucks and trailers, too. Many owner operators and fleet managers aren’t aware of this alternative, and very few shops offer this service.
To determine whether resurfacing is an option for a brake rotor, we first measure its thickness with a micrometer to assess if it will meet industry specifications if it is resurfaced.
The benefits of resurfacing over replacing brake rotors include: |

GSFA offers brake rotor resurfacing for heavy-duty (Class 8) and medium-duty (Class 5) vehicles.
Axle Eye
Repair
Symptoms of a worn axle eye—like loose kingpin, tire wear, or alignment problems—require immediate attention. But rather than sideline your vehicle for a costly axle replacement job, GSFA’s Axle Eye Repair offers a faster, less expensive alternative to conventional axle repair.
We’ll install pre-cut, pre-hardened axle sleeves without removing the axle. The whole process is completed in a couple hours, and you’ll drive away on an axle that’s better than the original.
Best of all, the cost is only 25% of a new axle, yet it gives you a long-lasting solution that reduces tire wear and improves alignment. And that means a smoother ride and easier steering for the long haul.
For added convenience, we’ll send our mobile unit to perform the repairs wherever you are.
